GroveKind
Small, cozy habits, gently kept
Autumn in the grove
Pick one habit you actually want to keep, less of something like new gadgets or fast fashion, or more of something like a daily walk. Each day you check in, the grove marks it, and the change starts to show. The animals who live here keep you company, and there is always something to do: a timer that plants flowers, a pond to drop a pebble into, a sound to guess, a hut to write in.
Neighbours who say hello
A painted owl, hare or hedgehog turns up on the path most days, with a story from their corner of the grove and time to hear yours.
Always something to do
Drop a pebble in the pond, guess a sound, sit with a timer that plants flowers, or hide away in the writing hut for an hour.
Habits that add up
Fewer new gadgets, less fast fashion, less food in the bin, or a walk you actually take. The grove counts the days you chose differently, so the change becomes something you can see.
A record that holds
Each month you keep it earns a badge, so the collection becomes a quiet record of a habit that stayed. Blossoms from it can be spent on a soft companion.

A letter from Sigrid
Grovekind was built in an attempt to create the habit tracker meets cozy game I always dreamed of. I needed something to keep me on track with my values while also offering some cozy feels.
I used AI to build this app. Every line of its code, every drawn creature, keepsake, landscape, and piece of funny copy within it was likely made with AI. However, I did put a lot of my time, care, ideas and imagination into this app. Please use it with kindness and respect.
If the use of AI sits badly with you, I understand and respect that sincerely. I am a writer, poet, and podcaster myself, and I know how important it is to protect skills and talent. You can read more about the cost of this app for the planet on the impact page.
It is not my intention to make money from this app. I built it because I needed it in these dark times. It is now here to be shared with anyone who might get something out of it.
If you would like to help keep this app going, please take a look at my creative work in podcasting and poetry, and share it with others if you enjoy it!

By Sigrid
I’d like to die beautifully Oh, if I could just do that To not brace for embrace To let life truly run its course Cherish all cracks and lines Feel wonder ‘bout my demise If I got so good at being alive Back, back, back I’d be giving My life, my death for the living
